A. Personal  Data (Information You Provide): When you register to join KOHMMUNITY, volunteer, or participate in programs like Project Vote Lagos, we may collect:

  • Identifiers: Full name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp contact.

  • Geography: Your Local Government Area (LGA), Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Ward, and Polling Unit (PU).

  • Engagement Preferences: Your areas of interest for volunteering (e.g., Polling Unit Guardians, Campus Ambassadors, Creator Lab, or Field Operations).

B. Technical and Usage Data: When you navigate our website, we automatically collect:

  • IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers.

  • Information about how you interact with our website (pages visited, time spent, links clicked) to help us optimise our Digital Command strategy.

2. How We Use Your Information

Every data point we collect is used to execute our strategic masterplan and drive our campaign forward. We use your information to:

  • Coordinate Ground Operations: Map supporters across all 57 LGAs and 376 Wards to effectively deploy our grassroots networks and Polling Unit Guardians.

  • Communicate Effectively: Send you critical campaign updates, invitations to Town Halls, Mega-Rallies, Market Storms, and targeted voter education materials via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

  • Process Contributions: Facilitate and acknowledge your financial donations transparently.

  • Drive Voter Registration: Assist you through the Project Vote Lagos initiative by sending reminders and logistics support for PVC collection.

  • Improve Our Platforms: Analyse website usage to refine our digital strategy and ensure our message reaches the right audience.

3. How We Share Your Information

KOHMMUNITY will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share your data under the following circumstances:

  • Campaign Coordination: As a formal support group, aggregated and anonymised demographic data may be shared with the official APC campaign structure to align our Final Push and Election Day operations.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or INEC electoral regulations, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of KOHMMUNITY, our volunteers, or the public.

We treat your data with the same operational discipline we apply to our campaign.

  • Access Control: Access to our central database and Digital Ward Rooms is strictly limited to appointed State Leadership, Directorate heads, and verified Ward Coordinators on a need-to-know basis.

  • Encryption: We use standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmitted via our website.

  • While no digital system is 100% secure, our Operations Command Centre actively monitors our infrastructure to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or data breaches.

  • Request Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data from our active campaign registry by contacting our Compliance Desk.
